Mr Smith, Herts

There are a number of ways to become a therapist. You do not need any formal qualifications, although these are recommended if you would like to move towards supervising and consulting. You will need your undergraduate degree in order to train towards your BCABA and you will need your Masters degree to work towards your BCBA.
We would be pleased to offer supervision of your training as a therapist.
The best option to becoming a therapist is to work with two or three families in a part time capacity. We would recommend you work with learners who have a variety of learner levels. For example one early learner, one intermediate and one advanced learner.
We have a number of training options here at VBC. Take a look at our join the VBC team page for further details.
